All orders typically ship out 1-3 business days after order confirmation. Customers can expect subscriptions to renew each month on the day their original subscription was purchased.

You can add a new address or update your default shipping address at any time by logging into your account.

To prolong your pasty's lifespan and maximize stickyness, we recommend sticking your pasties sticky-side down on the pasty domes and placing them into the pasty case for storage.

Washing your pasties may shorten their stickyness lifespan, however our pasties are washable! We recommend hand-washing with warm water and hypoallergenic soap if needed. 

If you need (or just want) a new pasty case - add a singular case to your cart for a one-time order added on to your regular monthly subscription. Pasty cases ship free with subscriptions.

A single order can be placed at any time with no commitment and a single pair of pasties will be sent straight to your door. 

Subscribers will receive one or two pairs of pasties each month without the need to constantly manage their order. Subscribers also receive a free pasty case with their first order. Subscriptions may be upgraded, downgraded, or cancelled online at any time so you don't need to worry about relying on our customer service to process your subscription change.  

You can make changes to your subscription at any time by logging into your Pasted Nip account and selecting 'Manage Subscription.'
